Canadian Association on Rural and Remote Housing and Homelessness

The Canadian Association on Rural and Remote Housing and Homelessness -- a coalition led by RDN -- is devoted to collaborating on solutions to rural homelessness and affordable housing issues. The purpose of this network is to improve the socio-economic outcomes for homeless or formerly homeless people in rural Canada.

This coalition shares information, resources, and ideas, and collects data to track trends and identify interventions and their impacts. Sharing information and ideas will allow communities to better understand the issues and potential solutions, and learn from what has worked (or not) for other communities facing similar challenges. This will allow communities and community-based organizations to save money and be more efficient and effective with their interventions.
