Workshop Series: Increasing Community Understanding of Ukrainian Evacuees

From February - May 2023, we are running a four-part workshop series to support rural communities in welcoming and supporting Ukrainian newcomers. Each session is 2.5 hours. There are eight sessions to choose from to suit your schedule:

#1: Providing a Context for Settlement: Crisis in Ukraine & Canada’s response

February 15 at 10 AM MST or February 16 at 5:30 PM MST

#2: Supporting Ukrainian Evacuee Settlement through a Social Inclusion Lens

March 15 at 10 AM MST or March 16 at 5:30 MST

#3: Understanding Trauma-Informed Care and Rural Settlement of Evacuees

April 12 at 10 AM MST or April 13 at 5:30 PM MST

#4: Systems Navigation: Supporting & Creating Effective Referral Networks

May 16 at 10 AM MST or May 17 at 5:30 PM MST
